Acceptance of Policies

By accessing TCGFIX.com, purchasing merchandise, registering for an event, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the policies applicable to your transaction, including our:

  • Terms of Service

  • All Sales Final and Event Cancellation Policy

  • Shipping and Local Pickup Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Any additional terms shown on a product or event listing

If a product or event listing contains terms that are more specific than a general store policy, the more specific terms will control for that purchase, except where prohibited by law.

Accuracy of Website Information

TCGFIX makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, event details, prices, availability, images, and other information. However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or incorrect product details may occasionally occur.

TCGFIX reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:

  • Correct errors or omissions

  • Update information without prior notice

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse or cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders

  • Cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, or listing error

  • Correct event dates, times, locations, formats, capacity, or prize information

If TCGFIX cancels a paid order because of a material error, the amount paid for the canceled item will be returned to the original payment method.

Product Images and Descriptions

Product images are provided for reference. Packaging, artwork, promotional markings, manufacturer seals, language markings, and other product details may vary between printings or production runs.

Unless a listing specifically promises a particular printing, variation, serial number, card, treatment, or package design, customers may receive any authentic version matching the listed product.

Colors and visual details may also vary because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

Trading Card Products

Trading cards and collectible products may contain randomized contents. Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee that it will contain any particular card, rarity, treatment, monetary value, or expected return.

TCGFIX does not guarantee:

  • Pull rates beyond representations expressly made by the manufacturer

  • The presence of any particular card

  • Grading results

  • Future scarcity or collectibility

  • Resale or secondary-market value

  • Future price appreciation

  • Profit from purchasing, opening, holding, or reselling a product

Card and sealed-product market values can change rapidly. Any market information, estimated value, or discussion of desirable cards is provided for general informational or promotional purposes and is not financial or investment advice.

Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated, sealed products are sold in the condition received from the manufacturer or distributor.

Minor packaging variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the contents may occur during manufacturing, distribution, handling, or shipping. Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable rights relating to materially damaged, defective, counterfeit, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

All merchandise sales remain subject to the TCGFIX All Sales Final and Event Cancellation Policy.

Event Information

Event dates, times, locations, formats, capacity, prize support, schedules, and other details are subject to correction or reasonable modification when necessary.

Event participation may also be subject to:

  • Venue rules

  • Tournament rules

  • Publisher or organizer requirements

  • Player conduct standards

  • Age restrictions

  • Identification requirements

  • Capacity limitations

  • Safety and accessibility requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete event listing before registering and for arriving at the correct location by the stated start time.

Late arrival may result in a game loss, removal from the event, loss of seating, or inability to participate. Late arrival does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund or store credit.

Participant Conduct

TCGFIX is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment.

TCGFIX may refuse entry or remove a participant for conduct that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, dishonest, unsafe, illegal, destructive, or inconsistent with event or venue rules.

Depending on the circumstances, removal for misconduct may result in forfeiture of the participant’s registration fee, prizes, store credit, or ability to attend future TCGFIX events, to the extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Venues

Some TCGFIX events and local pickups occur at independently operated third-party venues, including Subpar Mini Golf and The Game Parlour.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • TCGFIX is not the owner or operator of those venues.

  • The venue is not the seller of merchandise purchased from TCGFIX.

  • The venue is not responsible for TCGFIX orders, refunds, event registration decisions, website operations, or customer service.

  • References to a venue do not create a partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Questions regarding TCGFIX purchases or events should be directed to TCGFIX.

Assumption of Ordinary Event Risks

Participants voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending an in-person event, including travel, crowds, interaction with other attendees, personal-property loss, and compliance with venue rules.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own property. TCGFIX is not responsible for unattended, misplaced, lost, or stolen personal belongings except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the TCGFIX name, logo, website design, original written content, original graphics, photographs, event materials, and other original content created by TCGFIX are owned by or licensed to TCGFIX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from TCGFIX content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Trademarks

Magic: The Gathering, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Pokémon, Disney, Marvel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and other product names, characters, logos, images, and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners.

TCGFIX is an independent retailer and event organizer. Unless expressly stated, TCGFIX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any trademark owner, publisher, manufacturer, venue, or distributor.
